Does anyone know of a decent FREE VB.NET to C# conversion utility?

There is a lot of good sample code that seems to be written in VB.NET.
However, our standard and experience is C# and manually converting some of
this code can be a bit of a pain. Does anyone know if there are any free
utilites that will autmatically do this conversion... or at least most of
it?
 
Instant C# (www.instantcsharp.com) has a free 100 lines or less
snippet converter in its demo version. The conversion quality of
this VB.NET to C# converter is phenomenal.

Devfusion has an on-line converter which is decent.

I know there are other products, but I'm not sure if they have free
snippet converters:

Also, I think the original post specified VB.NET to C# (i.e., .net to
.net). Instant C# also does VB.NET to C#, as does vbconversions. I
think most vendors have decided that it's a waste of time to
reproduce the VB6 to VB.NET upgrade wizard. I would think that this
step is much more difficult to reproduce that the VB.NET to C# part.

I'm very happy with Instant C# however - give that a try.
