It is not. It was available to PDC attendees and I believe MSDN Universal
Subscribers can request a CD.

Hi SStewart,

It is allowed in this newsgroups to cross post (to propitiated newsgroups of
course), now people who visit more newsgroups, see you question answered by
different people.

Just a hint,

Cor

If your hint is to cross-post, then that is not a good idea. One should post
to the group most focused to the question and avoid cross-posting
altogether. The circumstances for cross-posting are extremely rare.

While that's true, I'd say that cross-posting is much better than
multi-posting for the most part. Usually just one group is enough, but
if you *really* want to post to more than one group, cross-posting
keeps the discussion together.

Sam,

I do not agree (anymore) with you (I have changed my idea about this).

There are a lot of questions that can be answered in the vb.net language
group, the C# group, as well as in the adonet or/and aspnet group
(sometimes it are questions about opinions about things, and it gives the OP
a good idea if he gets it from different sides).

There are a lot of situations that it is just on the border, than I like it
when it is a crosspost.

I can agree when someone post to this particular newsgroup and also to
another, that is rare.

Just my thought,

Cor

Yes, I see your point. It's surely better than multi-posting. However, it
should be used with discretion.
