Does anyone know how to sort by user defined fields in contacts?

Does anyone know how to sort by user defined fields or user defined folders
in Outlook contacts.
 
Click the column header and you can sort by the fields you defined.

Let's go back a few steps. Are you in a Table view (eg Phone List)?
Do you know how to place a User Defined Field into the View by dragging it
from the Field Chooser?

Now click the column header and it will sort by it.
