Does anyone know how to restore the OS boot menu?

Does anyone know how to restore the OS boot menu? I've restored two
images to two partitions but only the first one boots. How do I
restore the boot which OS menu?
 
I assume you mean the boot.ini, boot into recovery console and use to
bootcfg command to rebuild the boot.ini.
