Does anyone know how to install MFC-6800 toner?

Hi!
I have a MFC-6800 and have to install new toner now.
But the user guide is lost.
Does anyone have the user guide and could email it to me?

or could explain it by post?

If this is a Brother MFC-6800, instructions are included with the toner.
