I very much doubt that such a database exists. One could probably be
created, with more or less difficulty, depending on what exactly it is that
you want to "track" - blood sugar and insulin dose over time? scientific
publications on diabetes treatment? news articles about the disease? Patient
history in a treatment clinic?
