Does anyone from Microsoft monitor this newsgroup???

Have seen through this newsgroup for any response from MS,
but haven't seen any. Do they monitor this NG or, are we
left on our own to fix problems??

This NG is not of much value if MS support personel isn't
monitoring and helping out.....

Microsoft monitors the newsgroups, but this is a peer support group. If you
need more help than what your peers can provide contact Microsoft Support.
