What to do with this error while compiling Setup project?

"An error occured while validating. HRESULT = '80040155'"

And what's wrong with this newsgroup?!

Hi

If you receive this error it is due to the uninstall not
removing certain
registry entry's from within the windows registry. Use
the link below to
download the hotfix from InstallShield to fix this
problem then rebuild
your deployment project and watch it's sucess.
