Does anybody know of a "smaller/shorter" CD/DVD drive?

I'm building a FlexATX based computer in a mini-case. The Case has limited
space inside and I'd like to find either a CD or DVD drive which is
physically smaller than normal sized ones that you'd stick in a tower case.
Does anybody know of such a thing?

The new Lite-On 52x32x52x CD-RW drive is shockingly small, especially
compared to Lite-On's recent products. And it's only $34.50 w/ free shipping

The mini-itx users are fond of 'slim' devices, like used in laptops or
rack mount servers.

LITE-ON XJ-HD166S/XJ-HD165H [newegg] is the normal height/width, but
only 6.75" deep. Used it in this project, where depth was an issue:
