Does anybody know if MS is still going to release SP3 for Windows

The amount of hotfixes is that big that a new service pack would be very much
appreciated. Does anybody know if MS is still thinking about SP3?

People have mentioned it being in beta testing. I would say that MS is
doing much more than just thinking about SP3. Next year sometime is the
best guess right now.

Better Question:
When they do release it (x-fingers); Will those of us still using a 2001 era
OEM-XP CD (and a valid-key) be elgible for a free XP-SP3 CD at the cost of
shipping?

As it is, after a clean install, Windows-Updates alone kills most of a
Saturday..
