Does any one else experience reboot after reboot when bulding Debugimage ?

On my target platform if I create a release Image, everything is just
great without USB support. But if I create a Debug Image then the
Target just reboots and reboots and never accomplishes FAB.
Does any one else have this problem, or am I just having some kind of
weird hardware issue ?

That sometimes happens if you either have drive letters wrong or EWF enabled
at the wrong times.
