install AD Ext client on those PC but they still aren't able to login to
Windows 2003 Domian, any reason why? Any Idea why or how to fix it?

Hi,

Also, SMB signing is an issue. See this article "How to enable Windows
98/ME/NT clients to logon to Windows 2003 based Domains". I have found the
issues are the same for Win95 and Win98.
