and if not how would I set one up...
Every table on my DB has fields for last edit user and last edit date which
are updated automatically via code in the form when a user makes a change -
this gives me at least a record of who changed the record last but it doesnt
show me exactly what they changed and it doesnt give me an ongoing historical
record.
I'm considering setting up a second (initially empty) copy of my DB and
copying existing records into it before they are changed. This seems like a
rather cumbersome method and potentially something of a disc-space hog.
Does anyone have any brighter ideas?
Thanks
Simon
