dodgy download

received a download labelled "videotest". Appeared to do
nothing but has altered my home page for the browser.
Regardless of how many times I go into the options and
reset the default home page to msn home (which I
currently can't access after downloading the latest
updates) it always defaults after reseting the machine to
this address:
