Hi,
After selecting to 'print' a document, and
unintentionally closing down the file, and going into the
print manager to delete it, it says that it is deleting,
however does not delete the file and prevents any other
print jobs from processing. I've tried shutting down the
computer, leaving it about 5 minutes and then restarting,
however does not seem to clear from the spool. Why
doesn't the cancel button delete the document without
having to go to the extreme step of shutting down the
computer (which doesn't always work)? This problem
prevents me from printing any other document once the
print manager is stuck. Is there a service pack or a
particular hot fix which will prevent this from happening?
Thank you for your help, very much appreciated.
