I would like to know how would I change/re-route users to
the D: drive on the server. When the users log on their
users directory is created on the C: drive under Documents
& Settings. I would like to change that to the D: drive
under the Users folder.

The only supported method of doing this is during the OS install. You
need to use a winnt.sif file on a floppy, and the key/value pair is
ProfilesDir=D:\
