documents not responding

My documents are not responding and I cannot open my
files. I used the diagnostic tools and had everything
reset to an earlier time, but still cannot open my
files. Any suggestions?
 
Can you be a little more specific please? Which files? Do
you mean file folders? Word document files? Photoshop
files? WordPad files? The My Documents folder?
