Documents going to photo elements and not arobat reader

For some reason everything that should go to Adobe Arobat Reader is going to
photoshop. I can't figure it out. Can someone help me? Thanks

" Association " is the name of the game ; right click on what you wish
to read , click on Adobe Reader ( or browse to it ) , and click on "
use this on each file " ( or similar ) and ok out .
