From a command prompt;
echo %userprofile%
will reveal the one you're using. (if that's what you mean)

|I have multiple entries in my docunents and setting directory. Is there a
way
| to deduce which ones are neccessary?
|
Thanks for that info.
What about all of the other directories? I have the following:
All users.winnt
All users
Default user
Default user.winnt
Annas doll house
Anna's doll house
Can I delete any of this without disrupting Windows?
Appears you did an in-place upgrade or ran a repair install.
These are operating system entries
| All users.winnt
| All users
| Default user
| Default user.winnt
while these ones were user-created. These two can safely be deleted
(assuming you don't need any of the contents)
| Annas doll house
| Anna's doll house
