Documents and settings Folder access

I can't access the Documents and Settings folder in the Windows
Explorer, it says Access denied.
I tried the Security Tab in the folder property, with no luck.
Any registry tweak ? or way to go around this ?

"Documents and Settings" is no longer a folder, but a junction to steer
legacy programs to the correct folder.
