I don't know what I did, but I've lost my documents and
settings over all my admin. and limited users. 1.When I
search using the document extension, I find the files,
but they are all mixed together. 2.When I start Quicken,
its says "online setup information is missing" but it
still has my data. Can someone help find out what
happened and hopefully repair it?

Try this: "How to Restore the Operating System to a Previous State in
Windows XP" (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=306084).

Thank you for replying. However, when I go to the
restore points, there are none. I add one just to make
sure it works, and thats the only one I have.
I've found most documents and will create new user icons,
but I can't find my Internet Explorer documents.

This sounds like if there is something wrong in general with your
Windows setup. If you do not have a backup of the user data, this
information may be lost.
I recommend that you reinstall Windows to make sure that all core
files and the configuration is in order.
