Under the Documents and Settings folder, each user has
multiple folders. How are these used in XP?

Most of the folders are used by Windows, but third-party applications
can add folders here as well to keep (personalized) settings. If you
want to get more informations about a specific folder, you may want to
feed an Internet search engine with the folder's name.
