Hi - can't say with so little information. What kind of document? Where are
you seeing this?

Hi getting the same problem with viewing TIFF images. I'm getting this error using Kodakimg.exe - however I can open in Paint but I need to open in Kodakimg.exe
Any idea what makes the document invalid ? I've looked at the doc's properties compared with a doc it originated from and there is no difference EXCEPT a small increase in size (from 43,088 to 43,838). Any tools I can use to pull the doc apart and see what's changed ?
Appreciate any help.
