I am using Win XP on a company server. Everytime I send any document to a
printer, I get a pop up box titled "This document was sent to the printer"
with info about the doc name, printer name, time sent, and # pages. Is there
a way to set something (or unset it) such that this irritating box doesn't
pop up every time?
Thanks in advance for any solution.

Contact your IT department. If you are logged in as a User, there is not
much you can do about it, they would have to do it for you.

Thanks; I am logged in as a user, so I will contact the IT people to see if
they will delete it for me. I doubt they will, but it's worth a try.

I am an IT person. We JUST installed 2003 and one week later everyone is
complaining about this dialog box.

Where are the settings to diable it??

I got a new XP computer at work several months ago & this printer popup
message had been driving me crazy ever since. I finally found the answer on
another website:

To remove the printer display bubble, go to. . .
PRINTERS FOLDER
FILE
