I have a document that is protected with editing restrictions. The document
is set to only allow tracked changes editing. The intent was to allow users
to edit the document but require management review in order to accept the
changes. I noted individual users can Show and Print the final document
without the markups thereby working around the management review/approval
required to accept the changes in the final document. Is there anything that
can be done to prevent this from happening?

Sorry, but this newsgroup is for questions about security in Access, the
database product that's part of Office Professional.

Your question seems to be related to Word, and as such you'd be best off
reposting to a newsgroup related to Word.

As Doug pointed out, this is not the correct group to answer that.

If this is a Word document, you can use Rights Management Services to
protect your documents. RMS can stop your document from being printed by
anyone other than authorized management.
