There are several, since the term DMS is as vague as EMS, CMR and other
corporate exclusive's slang, You'll have to check tem all out, in order to
find the one exactly (or as close as possible) to your liking.
I've used Columbus for a while. And though I liked it, I find I'm not the
DMS using kind of guy.

But the ones here, might just be suitable for a small team:

This is not freeware however. If you look at the details page
you will see that pricing "TBD", ToBeDiscussed", an odd way of
pricing I'd say..
