Whenever I attempt to open an online document from a web site, IE will open
the document for about a second and then I get the following error message:
"MS IE has encountered a problem and needs to close. If you were in the
middle of something the information you were working on might be lost."
I then get a choice to debug or close.
If I debug I get the following: "the instruction at 0x012b1f55 referenced
memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be read.
I am using win2000 pro on my work laptop. My IT guys' only solution was to
re-image my hd, I thought there might be an easier solution.
