Anyone know of some good docs on getting an OSX client to authenticate to
w2k AD domain and mount home folder? I have found some stuff, but it seems
to be a bit out of date.

The reason I ask.....

Having an interesting little problem. This only happens for some of my
testusers and not others and I can't find the difference. Here is the error
i am seeing in system.log

/System/Library/CoreServices/SecurityAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/SecurityAgent:
MCXSecurityAgent: Skipping mount of
kDSStdRecordTypeUsers/kDSNAttrOriginalHomeDirectory as "abcdef": Missing or
badly formed URL
Jan 16 19:07:32 localhost
/System/Library/Frameworks/Kerberos.framework/Servers/CCacheServer.app/Conte
nts/MacOS/CCacheServer:
Starting up.
Jan 16 19:07:32 localhost loginwindow[1416]: Login of user "abcdef" NOT
recorded in /var/log/lastlog because UID (1218240959) is greater than 100000

I don't think that the last line really makes a difference as it is there
for the users that do work. I have tried using \\servername\share\folder and
\\servername.domainname\share\folder and neither seem to work. The users it
does work for use \\servername\share\folder. I am pretty sure its not a
perms issue as I can login on a WinXP machine and the folder mounts just
fine as the Z: drive. I can also browse the network on my OSX client and get
to the share\folder that way. My test OSX Client is running 10.3.4.

Some help would be greatly appreciated.
