How can I use this command (or perhaps a different command) to send an email
with an attachment?

SendObject can only be used to send plain e-mails or e-mail with access
objects, but not general attachements (as commonly required).

For your needs, you will need to look into some form of automation. There
are numerous possible solution such as: Outlook automation and CDO.
Depending on your exact needs, I would first take a look at Outlook
automation as it is easy to setup and use. For this take a look at

I'm using Outlook Express, so I'm guessing Outlook automation won't work for
OE.
