DOA?

I dont know how i can tell if my video card is dead or not. But when
try to install it nothing comes up on the screan and in the back of m
dell there 4 lights and the last light is a diffrent color, meanin
there is a failure what should i do

Your mb manual should tell you what that light code means. Is it
saying there is a video error?
