I receive a dialog box "Internet Explorer: Do you want to move or copy files
from this zone" when I copy a .jpg image from Internet Explorer to my
desktop. This started happening since I applied the latest Windows XP
service packs.

My default security settings are set to Low since I have a firewall. I
don't see any options in Internet Explorer Options to toggle this dialog box.

Does anyone know how to disable this dialog box?

IE Tools>Internet Options>Security>[zone]>Custom Level>Miscellaneous.

Disabling this dialogue subverts security changes in place for your
protection. There are Bad Guys out there which can take advantage of this
vulnerability.

Hi:

I noticed your other thread with Al Christoph.

I went to every Zone (Internet, Local Intranet, Trusted Sites, Restricted
Sites) and set the last parameter within Miscellaneous (Websites in less
privileged content can navigate to this zone) to ENABLE. I continue to have
the dialog box 'do you want to move or copy files from this zone'. Would you
be able to suggest anything else?

Andre.
