Do you take any exercise?

I have been a memeber of a gym for a while but only recenly started to go more and try to get fit again. Need to loose some more weight and get my fat level below 20%.

Do other people take exercise and if so how, where & when?
 
well i have left college now but went to the college gym about 3 times a week for cardiovascular and resistance training...
 
getting fitter

I go to the gym every other day and do a 40 min cv workout+ weights+ situp's.
On the days i don't go i try to do some light training weights+situps+press up's:thumb:
I even limit the amount of beer i drink:( But it's a beer drinking night tonight:D
 
I went to the gym once.

I looked at all that equipment and all those people who appeared to be in pain.

It made me feel unwell so I went to the pub.

I'm off to the pub shortly:D Lots of beers tonight:thumb:
Tomorrow will be hangover day:( Sunday i will burn it off in the gym;)
 
I'm a farmer, when do i get the time to go to the gym?
Don't think i would look good in lycra anyway

At least you tried.

At work we got a gym on site, and no i dont use it.... Maybe i should but i dont.
 
I'm ashamed to say that I do alot of running and belong to an athletics club:o

A guy in my gym who is very fit & runs every day only goes mid-morning to impress all the women & uses it instead of a dating club:eek: So it's mostly mums or oap's:eek:

I lift weights 4 days a week. After each workout, I run the track for 20 min. Don't know how far I run, I just go by time. 20 min=good enough
 
once a week run a few hundred metres round a track, anything up to 1500 metres

Also have goes at things like Javelin and discus, great way to build arm strength AND chuck something which makes you feel like a big man :D

Alright, seriously, recently started bike riding and going swimming more often, also gave up smoking.

Not exactly fit as a fiddle yet but getting there.

Getting further on the bike each day. Soon, I'll be able to make it to my favourite pub and back :D

Don't quite know about back...

Surely that depends on how heavy the night was and not how fit you are :D
 
Very athletic me

1 wake up arms stretched
2 bathroom 40 vertical strokes and muscle gurning
3 break for a drink of tea
4 cycle work
5 babysit 2 small children
then the real effort ... loads of nifty visits to the fridge , back to my chair whilst the World Cup is on...

im a gym addict
must confess that much

been going to the place for the last 11 months 4 times out of 7 days!
along with some street running
always wanted to run London Marathon all 26.2 miles!!

main aims are to bulk up and cut up too!

I beleive goodhealth to be the most important part of my life!
 
1hr of bedroom Olympics every night, sometime with the g/f as well.
