I am trying to utilize the Micorsoft Access Program to keep tract of our
companies fixed assets.

Microsoft Access is an application to allow you to build anything you'd like
in the form of a relational database. It could certainly be used to track
assets, but you would have to build the database.

You might see if a template exists that will perform the majority of the
functions you require. The Microsoft website has a section called
"templates" where you could search for this.
