Living in the Countryside & with a young puppie to train i seem to be walking for miles.
Bought a pedo-meter recently to work out how much i walk.
Can be anything from 2 to 8 miles a day.
It does at least give the dog a good walk!
And helps me loose those extra pounds gained over the festive period.

Normally I go to the Gym a few times a week, but I've not over the Christmas period - although it is really about time I went back ;)

I did get a little walking done while down in Dorset though with a Labrador which was good fun

Certainly do.

Round the golf course twice a week = 9 miles
Hiking once a week = 10-12 miles
Go for a run Sunday mornings = 6 miles

The rest of the time I laze about. ;)

I have never exercised intentionally all my life.

I'm really not into masochism.

However, one could say I'm blessed with a fast metabolism and I really do find it hard to relax and sit still.

My work, when I can get it, keeps me very active.

I've hovered between 10.5 and 12.5 stone all my adult life, at 5' 11" tall.

like flops i have an incredibly fast metabolism so eating is pretty much all i do and i'm still stuck at ~8.5 stone on my 5'11 frame and it vary's day to day depending on what i do and how much i eat, its a very fine balance

i do quite a lot of walking at uni just getting around the campus and i do quite a lot of heavy lifting when i'm at work but nothing extra, i really should as i'm not that fit, i've been meaning to join the gym for a while but havent got round to it yet

I lead a full life does that count as excersie ???

Regular gym goer here.
I have been going to the gym like a militant.
First it was to keep in shape then I became a bodybuilding freak. I really enjoy the gym banter and discussion between me and my friends. Also the guys from the gym are almost like family. We help each other through the good times and bad.

Averaging out 3-4 times a week and have put on some decent muscle over the years. Almost hitting 13 stones, and lifting fairly heavy too. It's all about intensive load, nutrition and hypertrophy. :)

.

well some people have an infatuation with birds, cars or curry
while others are narcistic creatures. :)
