Do windows build-in Backup tools like Ghost?

hi, everyone~~~
I have choose the option of "backup selected drives" at
the tools... after i reinstall windows and restore from
the above backup file~~~ I got all the documents
back...... but SQL server cannot start...MS office doesn't
work too~~~ (they exists in Program files!!!)actually did
windows backup tools just for backup document file... it
can not backup the environment?

No, as I understand it its simply a file backup tool, unlike Ghost
