Do SATA harddrives have master/slave jumpers? In a RAID 0 config, are
they both masters?

No master/slave with SATA, because it's only one device per cable.

Nope. There is no slave. All SATA drivers have a dedicated connection it
doesn't share with anything. For each connector, there is only one drive.
