Do not want full email address to appear

Is there a way I can set up Outlook where my full email
address does not show in the From box? Thanks for any
help.
 
Change your display name in Tools-> E-mail Accounts (or E-mail Services,
depends on the version)
 
Thanks Roady. However, my email address does not appear
in Display, only my name.
 
What is displayed when you send a message to yourself (Outlook to Outlook)
Some mailclients not only displays the display name set by the sender but
also adds the mailaddress. When this is the case you can't do anyhing about
it as it is controlled by the mailclient of the receiver.
