None of the users have admin rights but there are time a few users
might need a peice of software loaded on there machine. So instead of
logging them off I do the run as command. But is there a way for me
clear that saved info where I typed in the admin password so they
cannot access say the network drive that I access to install the
software.

That does not sound right. As far as I know, Windows should NOT be caching
the password, as that would be a security problem. In fact, most people
come here asking how TO save the password because the default action is not
to save it.

How are you launching runas? Have you tried right-clicking on the program
in question while holding down the Shift key and selecting "run as?"

Ok lets say i access office from //server/share/msoffice. I go to run
and type this and it prompts for network username and password I type
this in thus giving that machine logged in as a user access to the
//server/share which I do not want them to access. I wanting a way to
clear that cache of my credentials after I get into the share I need to
install the software. I hope this is more clear now.

Nevermind I just figured out what I was wanting to do. If I do a net
user /delete /server/share this will make them type in there username
and pass to to access it after I leave there machine.

Correct.
RunAs was not involved here.
Rather, leaving an active network connection behind
was issue, which you have now resolved.
