Do Not Install Daemon Tools 4.0.3 on X64 Build 5472!

P.S. Not even Last Known Good Configuration was able to Fix the Problem!

P.P.S. It is now Clean Install Time, Just FYI.
 
LKG is a hail mary pass with your butt on the ground and on your opponent's
one yard line. What it in fact is, is a registry snapshot much as system
restore in XP, and in Vista it is the same kind of VSS as a restore point.

I wondered what the "even" was to confer--as if LKG is special. LKG is one
of four possibilities (leaving out SM with VGA) that 99% of the people don't
exhaust as an F8 option. What happened when you tried to run Win RE:

If you have a Vista DVD, there is a promising "feature" or utility in Vista
called Win RE or Windows Recovery Environment.

***Accessing Windows RE (Repair Environment):***

1) Insert Media into PC (the DVD you burned)

2) ***You will see on the Vista logo setup screen after lang. options in the
lower left corner, a link called "System Recovery Options."***

3) Select your OS for repair.

4) Its been my experience that you can see some causes of the crash from
theWin RE feature:

You'll have a choice there of using:

1) Startup Repair
2) System Restore
3) Complete PC Restore

I installed X64 Build 5472 Using Daemon Tools, While Running Windows XP X64
Edition, Rather than Burning it to DVD, Just FYI. Already got it
Re-Downloaded and Re-installed.
