Is there a program out there, that will not delete files
off of a file server?

Let me explain.....I am running w2k server and have
created personal folders as well as a company shared
drive. When users delete files from these folders the
files are automatically gone. Is there a program out
there that will place them in the recycle bin until a
admin has looked through them to validate that they were
meant to be deleted. I have way to many users just
deleteing files on the network, and then they come to me
saying they did not mean to delete them and I have to go
to a backup tape to restore them.

Thanks

Not 100% what you're looking for, but I've used this with success:
