Do Not AutoArchive - Field Chooser.

I was wondering if anyone knows what the Do Not AutoArchive field chooser does?

I have tried to use it in my inbox, but when I add the field column it comes up with a check box for each e-mail but you cannot check them. Our organisation runs XP Professional with Office 2K.

Please help

I'd guess that you need to change the "Allow In-cell editing" setting
in order to be able to check that box in the view. View | Current View
| Customize Current View | Other Settings...
