Do I really need ADP installation?

Hello,

I use ADP in purpose to print reports from VB application.
Do I need to create ADP installation with Deployment Wizard separately from
VB application installation?
Or maybe it is enough just to copy ADP file during VB application
installation?
(Also I know that the Access run-time is installed on client computer).

Thanks in advance.

Mike:

If you are using automation to run the ADP to print the reports, it requires
an Access environment to do so. This of course can be the retail version of
Access, or it can be the run time Access environment, but you will have to
include one of the two in your application distribution.

Hi,

Since I know in advance that Access or Access run-time is installed already
and ADP file comes with VB app installation, I need not Access Deployment
Wizard installation.
Is that correct?

Thanks

Michael
