Do I need an Upgrade Disk?

I want to upgrade my Vista Business installation to Ultimate, but I have a
number of questions.

1. My main question is, do I need to get an upgrade disk, or is my normal
Vista installation disk enough?

2. Also, am I free to choose a retailer from the list of available ones, or
do I have to pick one who supplied me with Vista in the first place?

3. I suspect this is the case, but just to confirm: Can I use the new key to
perform a fresh, clean install in the future if required?

4. Does the upgrade key come with all the usual rights of a normal Retail
key, or are there any special restrictions in place?

5. Am I ok to upgrade from a MSDNAA key? Nothing has stopped me so far.

Thanks.

1. You can use your normal Vista installation disk.
2. With the Anytime Upgrade, it can be any one.
3. I am not sure, but I suspect that it would be able to be used as a
clean install. It would make sense.
4. Yes, it does. You are buying the license to the upgraded version at a
lower cost.
5. Yes.

Thanks for that Dustin. Big help.

Just need someone to clarify about the re-installation bit. It seems
Microsoft keep your upgrade in a 'Digital Locker' for later use. Does this
mean that if I did a clean install, I'd have to put Business on, then upgrade
again to Ultimate?
