Do I need a UDMA5 Cable for DVD Writer?

Also, can anyone show me a command line to run DVRFLASH.EXE with a specific
firmware?

I tried it with the Pioneer A08 beta RPC-1 firmware and didn't work.

Not normally as most DVD devices are UDMA 33.
