If all you are trying to do is create and insert a graphic created in Pub or
Word you can do it.
It's easier to do with Publisher 2003 because you can save the layout image
as a jpg and use that in your FP layout.
With your PDF image opened try taking a PrntScn of it, then Paste that into
an image editor and crop it and Save As a jpg or gif to use in FP. Depending
on what pdf program you are using you may be able to directly select the
image and export it. I know it can be done with Acrobat 8 Pro.
| Thanks for your replies, Ronx and Rob. I tried your suggestion re the Word
| document, which is a party announcement I created in Word. I created the
| document using a MS clipart border, and MS Wordart text. When I tried to
| paste the document, the text wouldn't go. I similarly tried to paste a
| Publisher document, and all that went on was the background. I don't
| understand what it is I'm supposed to do about the pdf. files. As far as
| creating this document in FrontPage, FrontPage doesn't seem to have
WortArt
| capabilities.
| I do prefer working with office to going off and using other programs. If
| MS' web program isn't interoperable with Office, should I move to another
web
| program? Thanks for your input.
