No, but you may need OfficeXP to run them if they're OfficeXP
templates.

Please note that this is a newsgroup for the database program
Microsoft Access. Are you downloading Access database templates (from
where?) or some other type of template? More details please!

And... please lay off the CAPS LOCK. It's hard to read and considered
impolite.
