Do a list of WINXP System-supplied Drivers List exist?

Would someone know how to make sure that a driver of for example a device "A"
is a built-in WINXP Pro driver or if to install that driver vendor-supplied
drivers are necessary?

I am looking for such a list that would enable me to make sure that my PCs'
NICs' drivers (and other drivers too actually!) will be supported when
running RIS on them without having to add them to the RIS Server.

I thought that the Windows Hardware Compatibility List (HCL) had that
purpose but I'm not sure of it.

If someone knows the answer, please let me know!

You are aware I assume the default win drivers may not offer the same
functionality as the hw manu.drivers?

Yes I do!
But I am deploying OS Images via RIS and will have to re-install roughly 120
PCs soon so I need to make that deployment as much automated as possible!
That's why I would need to have drivers installed automatically if possible!

Would you know where I can find built-in Drivers list such as NIC, Sound
Card, Graphic card Built-in Driver Lists?

If all the computers have the same hardware you might just have to install
Windows on one computer and see. I've come across several NIC recently that
aren't supported by Windows built in drivers and I had to get them from the
manufacturer. Which can be a problem when the NIC is the only connection to
the net. Windows will have limited support for all graphics cards or you
wouldn't see an image but most if not all manufacturers supply better
drivers.
