Your help is needed. I began suddenly recieving the
message on all web pages. Page can not be loaded -
windows/system/....dll/dnserror It begins loading page
127.0.0.1. I was still able to recieve/send emails. I
finally installed netscape so I can now access websites. I
have attempted to reinstall IE6 I still recieve the same
error. So... how do I uninstall this piece of s...t? I
have attempted through the control pannel without success..
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for any help. Donna

127.0.0.1 is your computer (localhost)
It may be a HOSTS file problem.
Look also for a file named HOSTS (no extension, could be hidden) rename it
OLDHOSTS.

Are you on DSL?
Can you ping the sites.
At the DOS prompt execute
PING www.microsoft.com
Any positive resutls?

What is the exact error message(s)

Thanks for replying, I am on dial up. I am not sure what
you mean by "ping" sites. I'll try your suggestions.
