I've registered wilkinsonfoundation.org.Public record for
Name Servers

65.64.204.9
65.64.204.10

I've installed 2 DNS.

ns1.wilkinsonfoundation.org 65.64.204.9
ns2.wilkinsonfoundation.org 65.64.204.10

I can nslookup without any problems.

Now the problem

DNS was installed 5 days ago and the change to public NS
was done 4 days ago.Nobody can access (people who use my
dns can access it)the web site
www.wilkinsonfoundation.org.

www.wilkinsonfoundation.org is forwarded to
www.wilkinsoncenter.org

Does anyone know what's going on?

well from I can access it

it also resolves to ip 66.34.163.96

propagation usauly can take 48hours but 4 days.. unless
its was there cache settings on their PC's

besides that looks ok to me

I can find no registration for these nameservers.

There is no glue for the nameservers with the gTLD servers.

Your DNS servers seem to be answering fine and set up properly from where I
am. Until the public record is set up right it won't be accessable.

The problem seems to be with your Registrar, Internic states not
Authoritative on the public record.
This could be because either your registrar has not created the glue for
your nameservers or they are not registered as nameservers.

I cannot, I have tested your Name servers at the IPs you gave, they are
testing good.
However I cannot retrieve the NS records from the registrar or the gTLD
servers for whatever reason. Either they have not propagated or the
registrar has not delegated the name at the .org parent servers. I think the
problem lies with the registrar, you have created the name server hosts with
your registrar, right?
Who is the registrar?
 
yes, I have.My registrar is domainbank.com. I've just
emailed them to see what's going on.
