DNS questions I have.

Does each and every DC need to run DNS?
What DNS server should each DC use, I guess it is itself?
Can or should each DC/DNS server be a forwarder for
internet DNS lookups or should I have one forwarder for
the company?

I have 7 locations and 7 DCs. AD is haveing trouble
replicating, that is why I am asking the questions above.

Please help.

No, it's optional, however, if your DNS zones are active
directory enabled then you might as well have your DCs as
DNS servers. This is because the AD DNS zones get
replicated to all DCs anyway.
What DNS server should each DC use, I guess it is itself?
Yes, except I had it that way and I ran into DNS and AD
Replication issues, so I now have them pointing to other
DNS servers (DCs). This was something Microsoft Support
suggested to do. All my problems went away after that.
Can or should each DC/DNS server be a forwarder for
internet DNS lookups or should I have one forwarder for
the company?
My opinion is to have them all forwarders, especially if
they are in different sites.
